DAVID JOHNSON
FOUNDER | BUILDER
David Johnson is the Founder & Builder of Preserve Custom Homes based out of Dallas, Texas. He has been in the renovation business for 5 years and started custom home construction in 2017. He is a very passionate perfectionist who is devoted to building high-quality and functional homes. He cares about each and every building detail from design to finishing style. He has an added talent for design styles that result in beautiful homes.

David started his journey from the ground up and faced various challenges in his life to make the dream of home building a reality. In the beginning, he used each day as an opportunity to learn and improve and to hone his skills to become a successful builder. David continues to have a hunger to be the best builder he can.

David, the builder, is the ultimate perfectionist! He demands nothing but the best from his contractors and uses top-of-the-line contractors in the business. He carefully supervises his contractors and spends countless hours double-checking each stage of construction. It’s not uncommon to see him clearing clutter from a construction site during evenings or on weekends.

VICKIE W. YEARPUY
FOUNDER | PRINCIPLE | CEO
Vickie Waranya Yearpuy is the Vice President and co-founder of Preserve Custom Homes. She earned her bachelor's degree in Engineering and a financial Accounting Certificate from New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She got an Interior Design Degree certificate from the New York Institute of Art and Design. She has served in several positions in the company, including CEO, Project Manager, and Head of Interior Design and Decoration.

Vickie is a perfectionist who pays attention to every detail. She has a talent for incorporating unique designs tailored to each family's preferences and lifestyle. She is passionate about seeing a finished product, from the pages of an architect's drawing to interior design and decoration. She possesses an innate desire to create and design interiors that exceed clients' expectations, with an eye for high quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach to their dream custom homes.
